Study Setup
Study Setup is where a study's requirements are captured, kept under version control as the Study Model, and turned into the documents the study needs. Once configuration is approved it is synchronised onward to BSI and Infor, and LIMS reads from Study Setup as a downstream consumer.

Study Setup is still in active development. This page is an introduction to the main areas — user guides for individual workflows will be added here as features ship.
What it covers

| Document Review | The review lifecycle for a document revision — internal review, client review and the client portal, comments and change proposals, signatures, effectivity, and export. |
| Workflows | A cross-study work queue, including My Inbox, grouped by state, due date or parent flow. |
| Data Management | Observing and releasing remote collections, pending values, drift, and outbound projections. |
| Source Ingestion | The extraction engine behind study inputs — source documents, and Extract · Map · Review runs. |
| Notifications | In-app and email alerts for actionable events, routed to participants by configurable rules. |
| Audit Trail | An immutable record of significant actions. |
| Access Control | Authentication, and deny-by-default permissions for what each user may do. |
Two further areas are planned but not yet available: a Dashboard bringing together assigned studies, pending reviews and recent activity, and global cross-entity Search.
How it fits with other systems
- BSI and Infor receive approved configuration from Study Setup.
- LIMS reads study configuration from Study Setup rather than holding its own copy.
- Smartsheet is a source only — data comes in from it, nothing is sent back.
Getting access
Study Setup is available at study-setup.precision-cloud.com. Permissions are deny-by-default, so if you can sign in but cannot see a study or perform an action, ask an administrator to grant the capability you need.
